Welcome to Pro Learners Driving School! By booking a lesson or using our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Pro Learners Driving School ("we," "our," "us"). By booking a lesson with us, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not book any lessons or use our services.

2. Services
Pro Learners Driving School offers driving lessons and related services to individuals seeking to learn and improve their driving skills. All services are provided by qualified and licensed driving instructors.

3. Scheduling Policy
Need to cancel or reschedule?
We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand that ours is too. By booking a lesson with Pro Learners Driving School, you agree to adhere to the following Scheduling Policy.

Cancellation Policies
Rescheduling driving lessons:

We don’t charge fees if we receive the notice at least 24 hours prior to your lesson and will reschedule the lesson.
If you reschedule a lesson with less than 24 hours advance notice of the scheduled time, we reserve the right to consider the lesson cancelled and charge the set-out fee for the scheduled lesson.

No Show:

If you do not attend a lesson (No Show), we reserve the right to cancel the lesson (at the instructor’s reasonable discretion) and charge the full lesson cost for the lesson.
All pre-paid services after 6 months will be deemed expired.
Packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable.

4. Payment and Fees
All lessons must be paid for in advance or at the time of the lesson unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash.

5. Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for any services already rendered or for packages and gift vouchers. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability
Pro Learners Driving School and its instructors will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during a driving lesson, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.

7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
